Brief Description:

The project provides Mental health and psychosocial support “MHPSS” services to people affected by political conflict-related emergencies in the West Bank. It focuses on children including children with disabilities (CwD) and their direct caregivers. The project is implemented in 7 governorates: Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Tulkarem, Qalqilya, Jenin, and Tubas.

Expected results:

  1. Vulnerable children and their caregivers, including CwD, benefited from prevention and child protection programs in areas in the West Bank highly affected by conflict-related violence.
  2. The quality of MHPSS interventions is enhanced through 24 staff engaged in stress management/helping helpers and capacity-building sessions.
